I actually loved staying at this hotel. The only thing it needs a laundry Service for its guests. Other then this, everything was great, and I loved the smart room features and how you can change the colors in the room.

The hotel was nice and the rooms felt like pods. I like the tech upgrades and how the iPad in the room controlled the lights, TV, temperature etc. That feature was a nice touch. You have to request that your room be cleaned at the beginning of your stay. Otherwise you won't get a cleaning or new towels. There's a rooftop bar with nice city views. And the lobby is lively and active. I enjoyed my stay and would consider this location in the future.

It was a pleasant surprise staying at the Citizen M. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, right next to the tube, great rooftop and indoor bar. We absolutely loved our stay here during our trip to London. Highly recommend!

The staff was very nice and helpful. But the room is so small and the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. We had to switch rooms on day 1 because none of the outlets worked, then we went to the next room very late at night, and there was a bug in the sheets. Thankfully the staffed changed the sheets. But the rooftop bar area was right above our room so we heard everything through the floor some nights or when they would move or drop things.
