The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, it was quiet and a good location, but it had no seating except on the bed and no place for clothes. There was no closet, dresser or nook for your clothing.

Small rooms, great location, wonderful staff. For people sensitive to sound, it can sometimes be noisy between floors if there are loud footsteps or exercising above but no issues between rooms on the same floor.

Staff service and cleanliness was excellent however went to book a no window room that means in the basement and these rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms even smaller. There is basically no room to move in the bathroom and feels very claustrophobic

I recently stayed at this hotel in London and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but the fantastic location more than made up for it, providing easy access to all the major attractions and public transportation. The highlight of my stay was definitely the exceptional service from the employees. Junior, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making a lasting impression with his dedication and attention to detail. Despite the room size, I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding staff.

On arrival, staff went to the effort of ensuring I could check in early after arriving into London from Australia at 7am. All other staff friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Room was fairly small but this is standard across London. Otherwise clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely stay again in future.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The accessible room was spacious with plenty of room for my wheelchair. The only downside to the hotel was that the lift was very small and there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

It was good. Staff is helpful however they don’t give a kettle nor tea/coffee in your room and they will charge you if you want to make a cup of tea. I think they could do better than that seeing that these places aren’t exactly cheap to stay. Shower space is extremely cramped as well as the room. It’s a task if two people have to get ready and dressed seeing how small the rooms are. It’s perfect for a single person. All in all, the place was decent for an area very close to Kings Cross/ St Pancras.

Absolutely irresponsible. Overbooked on rooms(for reasons which they say to be “technical”), and failed to notify us beforehand. Sent us to another location but offered no method to make up for the inconvenience caused by this incident, promised to at least pay for transport incurred from this movement while the staff at the other location denied that they had agreed to this basic necessity. While the rooms were objectively fine, their irresponsible and deceptive practices were awful…

It was a lovely stay at Point A, room is compact but comfortable. Location is wonderful, 5 mins to Kings Cross, plenty of eateries, even nail salon! Breakfast was good!
