"Immediately walking in we were greeted with low lighting, calm atmosphere and friendly staff. We were a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children staying for just one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The area around the hotel is so crowded and loud but you feel like you are on a different planet once inside. We had a cocoon 8 room with 2 double bunks. The beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and the bathroom was top notch!! Once we all came in for the night and turned off the lights the room was dark and we were able to get the best sleep we have had in a week!! If we come back to London we will be staying here again!!!"
"Although the room was small and had no window it was ideal for me for the night.
The bed was really comfy (although it was against the wall, so if there had been 2 of us one of us would have had to climb over the other one to get out, but as it was just me it was fine)
The shower was great as well.
Ideal for a few nights stay in London as great location as well"

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Close to shops and restaurants- Covent garden. Highly recommend it for London visitors. I look forward to staying at the hotel again on my next stop in London. "
"This property was amazing. First, its location was perfect. As a first time visitor to London, it couldn’t have been any better. Second, the staff were awesome. They were very helpful and thoughtful. Last, the restaurant was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the afternoon tea was enjoyable. I foresee future stay at The Clermont. "
"The lication was superb for all of the sites, within 10 minute walk of Big Ben and the view from the Japanese restaurant is phenomenal! The food was also very good. We will always sray at this hotel when in London. Great perk if you choose to not have your room cleaned they give you a bottle of wine!!!"
