"The check in was easy even though we were an hour early, staff very pleasant. Room clean and more than adequate - we just stayed for one night prior to flying the next day. Very convenient for the train station and terminal. We didn't eat breakfast but I would definitely stay there again."

"The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again as the price is reasonable considering location."

"I was hoping for a restful night before I got on a 10 hour plane ride, but there was only warm water in the shower, the food at the restaurant was mediocre and very expensive and the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever been on in my life. My husband and I woke up in agony in the middle of the night and were basically crippled in the back and hips by morning.. it was like laying on a bunch of planks. Get better beds!!"

"Room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; location was ideal for sightseeing and travel to other areas in England for day trips (easy walk to Euston Station and St. Pancras/Kings Cross). Underground is an easy walk from hotel and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for meals and souvenirs. There are two parks at either end of the block for enjoying nature. I especially enjoyed the cafe and pub onsite for days when I didn’t want to go back out for dinner. Would recommend staying here for location and value. "

"Great staff, good location, clean, comfortable beds. We were in a basement room with no window which was ok but they have a band of recessed lighting around the room and we could not turn it off. Very annoying."

"The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. I had a window with a nice view of the Tower Bridge. Overall the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable. The concierge gave us 2 universal outlet adapters with a $5 deposit for each"
