"My room is on the second floor, but the lift is currently under maintenance, so I had to carry my luggage and bags up and down the stairs. My luggage was quite heavy. I chose to stay here because I was told there was a lift, especially as I had heavy luggage. The room is clean and tidy."

"Only stayed one night but couldn’t get over the lack of noise. I had a room right by the road (End of M32] and it was very quiet in the room. Overall very clean and tidy. Helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast. The mushrooms were very tasty. There’s free parking in the multi story next door which was very convenient. Definitely stay there again next trip to Bristol ."
