I've now stayed here many times and this is by far the best hotel in Bristol! The staff are all wonderful. Gigi on reception is such a wonderful member of staff. The chef for breakfast unfortunately I forgot her name is truly amazing! She cooks a great omlette. The breakfast is incredible!
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are truly amazing. The stand out for me was Gigi on reception, the chefs for breakfast make the most delicious food. I would highly recommend staying here.
Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too.
Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast.
Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure.
Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel.
Worst night sleep. The walls are very thin. Kept awake by next door playing music until 4 am. Despite phoning reception to complain. Perhaps ask when you check in to have a room away from other guests if possible. Staff were polite and hotel is very convenient to downtown Bristol.
