"Never stay at this hotel, bed was broken, air conditioning broken, didn’t stay in the upgraded room we paid for. No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "

"The staff were pleasant and the hotel was in a convenient location. However the shower lead to the head was damaged. So there was enough water to shower with, but it also streamed out into the bathroom until the direction was revised."
