Good hotel in a great location and within walking distance of the shops, shows, pubs and harbour.
Room was clean and a good size with a comfy bed. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was ample. Nice hotel and I would stay again, but parking was expensive at £20.
Was greeted at reception by a lovely woman, easy quick check in, the room was amazing, spacious, clean, bathroom clean, amazing view of the harbour side, and the bed wow! So comfy did not want to leave in the morning, definitely be returning!.
We stayed 2 night with my husband and we got upgraded.Room was an amazing the view from our room was unbelievable.
Room was very clean and bed was big and very comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent.
Everyone was very nice and helpful specially Anett on reception.
Parking was great and location excellent.
I would recommend this hotel and we are definitely going back again.
Staff were lovely and happy to help.
We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room.
Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay.
Location is central, staff were friendly and helpful quick to respond to a room call. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Great breakfast. Contacted staff after I left that my child left an item. Ivy responded to my call and ensured the item was found and informed me.
Great staff and very clean.
Management great.
The young gentleman at the reception gave us outstanding service and honoured our VIP status that we had for Radisson (as they have just changed to Majestics hotels)
Restaurant/breakfast managers lovely and very attentive and nice.
Only one point, there was an American lady as staff member at breakfast (we saw her one day) let’s say she didn’t seem that she was enjoying her job as much…
Everything else lovely , they cleaners lovely.
Cannot fault anything
Location great next to everything
Great location for pubs, tourist things but run down and very dated. Carpets were dirty and stained but bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful but both key cards failed so locked out of room. Coffee/ tea amenities lacking and inconsistent. Shower over bath a bit awkward.
Lovely clean hotel. Greatly placed for all of Bristols amenities/nightlife. Basin took a while to drainin bathroom but we reported it and no doubt it will be seen to. Value for money. Would stay again.
Easy booking process. Efficient check in. Rooms clean and well stocked with kettle and various sachets of tea, coffee and milk. Very good position opposite the Bristol Hippodrome.
I upgraded my booking to include a room with city view-well worth the small amount extra.
Very comfortable, clean and basically pretty perfect.
Staff were efficient and helpful and the hotel itself was a stone’s throw from the Old Vic theatre where we were heading to watch a show.
Would definitely return and recommend.
Great hotel in a central location. There was noise from the street that kept me up as I was on the first floor and it was a weekend but that was expected.

Name of hotel is actually Radisson Blu so took us ages to find.
Also was told we were not entitled to a city view as Expedia misadvertised. Fortunately they did honour this.
