Stunning house from the outside. Beautiful inside. Stayed in courtyard room which was a really good size, comfortable large bed, clean bathroom although could do with an update. Both atrium and 1853 restaurants had really good evening food. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and really delicious with plenty of options for my dairy intolerant wife so top marks to management for that. We really enjoyed spending time in the Library room/bar, the perfect room for just chilling. The grounds are stunning with the trees in full autumnal colours. Can't fault our three night stay, glad we chose Tortworth Court for my birthday celebrations. Will definitely be going back.

The original building is beautiful but we found the courtyard rooms comparable to premier inns. The gardens and grounds are lovely and plenty parking We enjoyed swimming in the pool but found the chemicals very strong and made our eyes sting Lovely breakfast in a gorgeous room

We stayed in september for 3 nights in room 142 the room was not as clean as it could have been the tv you could not get any information about any of the programs but the bed was very comfortable we did not use any of the extra facilities we had a meal in the main restaurant the service was excellent as was the food

Our room was beautiful and much bigger than expected! The only issue we had was how hot it was but the staff were lovely and gave us fans etc but the heat was overwhelming. Everything was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault it really, would love to stay again

The hotel is beautiful, lovely places to have drinks and eat, the garden were beautiful in the morning and it was pleasant to sit outside on an autumn morning... most staff very helpful and willing. Areas requiring improvement: it was a busy evening and the main restaurant was booked out, then again at breakfast it was full, we got informed we could sit in the connecting library (which didn't have proper tables for eating) or the atrium so twice on our stay we didn't get to eat in the main restaurant. We paid for a suite and it didn't have water in the rooms, on asking I got told about water filters on each floor which is great environmentally but actually having had no bottles provided in the room for obtaining water just made the concept a bit useless! Also on asking for potentially an extra half hour in the morning I got told I could if I paid more money yet I had purchased a suite and actually this should be a perk occasionally especially if you have young children. A few niggles that take away from what could be a great hotel get away.

Had a great stay here on a Sunday night. The weather was great so we were able to sit on the terrace. There was both a wedding and a family party during our one night stay which took up a lot of the outdoor space but we did manage to find some seating. Food was good and plenty of options

Had a wonderful stay at Tortworth Court. Room was upgraded to a junior suite due to 2 big events happening while we were there & new room was quieter. We enjoyed the events that were on while we were there. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Sunday evening.
