The room was very clean. Even though this location is right next to Heathrow Airport the soundproofing was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, if you are going to visit the center of London, we recommend staying closer to the center of London as this hotel location is right next to Heathrow Airport.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Air conditioning is non functional. They call it air con.
Property was very Modern, Close to the Airport. It was very busy the day i was there. Very reasonably priced. Much cheaper then some of the hotels right next door and just as nice from the outside if not nicer. The food in the lobby restaurant was not good at all. No A/C either but your in England, not a lot of places do have A/C.
Room was extremely hot and they don't have any adjustment for this. I called reception and they straight away refused. They didn't change the room and thats the worst hotel ever
I was disappointed with my experience. I had just completed payment when I realized my flight had changed and I could leave that same day. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation, but they refused to provide any refund, strictly citing their cancellation policy without showing any flexibility or empathy for the circumstances.
Additionally, the hotel was uncomfortably hot, and although the room was advertised as having air conditioning, the unit was not working.
While I understand that businesses have policies, I believe customer service should also include compassion and a willingness to consider exceptional situations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
When we stayed it had a few school trips. We tried to eat in the at the hotel but it was so load we left and ate somewhere else. It was a challenge to enjoy the lobby for the same reason. Which is not the hotel’s fault but my honest experience. We did not use any other amenities.
I booked a confirmed twin room through Expedia using the “pay at the property” option, which I’ve used many times without issues. After travelling for over 10 hours, my friend and I arrived around 9:30/10p.m. and were told our reservation had been cancelled 30 minutes earlier due to a problem with my card. This was confusing because there were no issues with my card, funds were available, and my Expedia booking still showed as confirmed.
The front desk agent initially insisted the hotel was fully booked and spoke as though the issue was our fault. After we asked him to look for a solution, he offered a queen room, then a king room, and eventually gave us the twin room we had originally booked. If the hotel was truly at full capacity, it was difficult to understand how the original room suddenly became available. The inconsistent explanations made the experience unnecessarily stressful, especially after such a long journey.
The room was clean but very small, hot, and cramped for two people with luggage.
The breakfast wasn’t bad, but my friend doesn’t eat pork, and most of the hot options were pork-based. Her choices were limited to eggs, toast, mushrooms, and a few sides. More non-pork protein options would be appreciated.
Overall, we were grateful to eventually receive the room we booked, but the poor communication, confusing check-in process, and lack of empathy from the front desk left a disappointing first impression.
expected it to be closer to the airport, but the only way to get there is by taxi (18 pounds) or a bus that comes every hour (7 pounds). Nothing around. Due to a heatwave, I decided to eat at the hotel. A pizza that was around 16 pounds was very small and disappointing. Although the staff was helpful and friendly, I can't say the same about guests. A birthday party was happening, with very unruly and impolite teenagers, running around and jumping into elevators.
A nice, low-cost & comfortable hotel in a convenient location that does the job. You can easily walk into the nearby village to stretch your legs.
TO NOTE - The shuttle from Heathrow to the hotel is not particularly convenient, fast or cheap. Suggest pre-booking a rideshare or an Uber if there is more than one of you.
