"Just visited this hotel this weekend. Its slightly out of the centre and on a steep bank but that didn't put us off. The rooms were lovely, great bed and bathroom with a lovely shower. Breakfast was fabulous and Brad our waiter was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend"

Matteo who welcomed us at breakfast was really friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know and the food was lovely, The hotel is really central for exploring Bath with everything within walking distance. "Lovely hotel, Some staff very welcoming - the bar man and the waiter at breakfast went above and beyond. The room however was very warm and we could not get the air conditioning to work - even with the window open it was unbearable. The bathroom sink was a bit limescaley for my liking in what is classed as a high quality hotel. Overall the stay was lovely"

"Kaycee (unsure of spelling) was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, worth having, and the fresh fruit was beautiful. Nice atmosphere, though the lovely classical music was cut off mid breakfast twice. Maybe after breakfast would be better time to change the music. Access to the room with the terrace was terrible; I suggest leading people across the lawn instead of past the untidy wood pile and down the rustic but uneven steps. Or through the back gate on the road instead, especially if they have large luggage. It was a great room though. Great location, lovely 15/20 minute walk to Bath centre but not much else nearby. Would recommend and stay again."

"Parking was very good lots of room. At reception we was greeted by a very helpful and friendly young lady (Anna) Fantastic job 👏. In fact all the staff where very helpful (Tsekani maintenance man) was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plenty to eat very enjoyable. The hotel and rooms where very clean , I would definitely book here again if I am the area."
