"Clean and tidy from the moment we walked up to the hotel, greeted by the lovely Gerry (hope I remembered the right name!) Room and Staff were lovely, polite and welcoming. Great location of Bath - close to amenities Nice touch by leaving a birthday note & sweet treats in the room ready for our arrival. Will definitely stay again :) "

"Excellent location, close to many nice large and small restaurants, including several very good ethnic restaurants. Very close to the river, very close to the Roman baths and the Cathedral, with also a beautiful church right across the street. My room was tiny but adorable. Breakfast was limited but there were so many great places to eat nearby that I only stayed for breakfast one time. The room was clean but the cleaning staff was a little erratic. Overall I love the Indigo hotels."

"The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. The evening meal was lovely and the cocktails made by the barman were excellent. We had 2 pets with us and the room had 2 pet beds set up in our room on arrival which was lovely. "
