"Good location, reasonable walk to town of about 20 mins, breakfast was good, car parking was extremely expensive, and the lift was out of order for all of our visit which meant carrying suitcase up 2 flights of stairs"

"The spa was needs a complete revamp The steam room had tiles missing on the seating area , the swimming pool areas were tired and were not cleaned properly The restaurant for breakfast : the tables were not cleared after each course and the dirty plates just piled up on the table When we entered the bedroom there was an empty beer glass under the bedside cabinet it was still there when we checked out The stay was ok but in my opinion fell well short of a 5 star hotel"
