Staff were excellent, upgraded our room and even gave us a free drink when they heard it was a belated birthday trip for my wife
This hotel was beautiful. On arrival the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. We drove to the hotel and they organised parking up the car for us. The Guys organising people arriving and leaving were great. Sorting out bags and getting people’s cars, making sure we had water in ...
Property was excellent. Location was great for access to all locations. Nice walk through the park and you are right at all attractions. Grounds and hotel give the feeling of stepping back I time with all the comforts.
The main building and grounds are lovely and have much character. Although some say the grounds look unkept, we think it had a good rustic look to it. Rooms very great, just very hot so needed the fan on all the time. The outdoor pool is lovely and the indoor facilities are good but we were disappointed ...
The concierge was brilliant, he drew us a map to walk to the boat that runs down the river to the centre of Bath, a great way to travel on a Summer afternoon. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The kids even loved bath, so we'll be going back.
