"The staff are great and it’s a very unique and nice hotel, but there are some oversights I wouldn’t liked to have addressed: - there is scaffolding outside of some rooms, giving workers clear line of sight into the bathroom via the transom window, with no way to block the view. I don’t know how this isn’t a big problem with other guests. - this hotel got pretty warm at 18-24 outside, I wish it had some form of AC - the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable I enjoyed it overall but most likely wouldn’t stay again"

"Great location, easy to get around from and very clean! Staff were excellent, especially Abi, Ri (young lady with bright red hair - who was so sweet and helpful!), and Matteo too! This was my second time staying at this hotel, a year later, and would definitely choose this hotel again should I visit Bath again."

"A great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The most comfortable beds ever. You won’t go wrong with this hotel I promise. Like most things in Bath you have to pick and choose how much you would like to spend on food and drink but it was a fantastic experience though out or stay."

"Lovely older hotel in the heart of Bath. Rooms decroated in a traditional manner, ours had a 4 poster bed. Staff incredibley friendly and helpful. Parking an easy 5 minute walk away. Would stay there again."
