Very limited car parking area, so if you want a space arrive early like we did. Breakfast very good and good value, as nearby cafes charge similar prices. All in all a very good stay in Bath."

"The Royal Hotel has a couple of things going for it — it’s directly across the street from the train station AND it has a lift! A couple of things going against it — the WiFi reminded me of dial-up, glacially slow and iffy. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way for a guest to set the room temp. Unless you count the tabletop plug-in fan? Staff were generally helpful, Tim at the front desk and the women working the breakfast room, too. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION"
