"We visited the 21st of November and we loved it. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and check in wasnt until 3.30 but there were no problems with using the spa area before hand. Thank you to the man who helped us on the front desk he was lovely. Spa- changing rooms were clean and spacious. Towels were easy to find and plenty of. Pool was lovely along with the sauna, steamroom, area for tropical/arctic shower and a cold water bucket. Plenty of room to sit or lounge. At check in it was straight forward and given directions before heading to our room which was great. Our room was spotless (cleaned by Mia, thanks Mia!) A little rubber duck and some pillow pray on the bed which was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and a lovely chair and foot rest aswell as enough desk space. Bathroom was great, deep bath and separate shower. We would definitely recommend and would stay again"

"Very short walking distance from the major Bath attractions. This was extremely practical for us. The staff were also friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were large and beautifully decorated. I just wish the bed was larger (a King size). "
