"I couldn't have had a better experience than staying for a night at the Henrietta Hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay, so close to the city centre. Lovely staff who kindly upgraded my room for me and even helped me fix a broken strap on my bag! The hotel is perfectly situated for Pulteney Bridge and is very close to the Roman Baths, Pump Room and all the other sights. I'll definitely stay here again 😀"

"The room was very clean, the location is amazing, and the staff were really friendly. We arrived early and they kindly stored our bags for us. It’s very close to the train station but still nice and quiet. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely clean hotel and room. Cannot fault the place. The staff we spoke to were polite and attentive. We just used the room as a base whilst visiting my daughter at university. Didn’t eat at the hotel. Good value for money and will return. "
