Staff were very friendly during my 4 day stay at Christmas. The room was comfortable, contained all needed items (I called for some slippers). Location was great just by the Mailbox.
It was very well located, parking was very close and convenient as we left our car overnight and walked everywhere we needed to. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Decor was nice and cosy! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel and room looked nice but was too noisy at night. A constant creaking noise could be heard and it sounded like the window was open even though it wasn't.
The lobby, lounge, bar and breakfast area are all one and the same and doesn't work that well for any.
The member of staff at check in was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable and good size shower. Would definitely recommend and will be back
