Good hotel or price
Stay was good. Excellent shower although everything was very basic. But it is a budget hotel. Pleased with the value and stay we had. Good location.

Convenient hotel for short stay
Convenient budget hotel within walkable distance to many of Birmingham's attractions, so if your room is near the road it can be noisy. My room was basic and clean but the woodwork underneath the sink looked like it was about to fall off. The foam mattress was a bit hard but you get used to it. Everything worked as it should - the shower was very good, though it's a typical ibis plastic cubicle. Overall a good value place to stay.
