Breakfast very good, location is amazing, 3 mins to bull ring and 3 mins walk other way to coach station direct to Heathrow, rooms very big compared to UK size, snd also used the gym

Firstly, the hotel is in an excellent location - near the Bullring, New Street Station, the Hippodrome etc. Secondly, the room was well-equipped, comfy and clean. And lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would defo stay here again!
