8.2/10 Very good! (1,501 reviews)
the hotel was excellently well located just 1 block form paddington station. The only negative features were that there are no lifts, despite being a Hotel with 4 levels, but most of the guets were older than 50's. Scale were quite narrows. And just for my room, not the whole hotel, but my single room has no wc and shower inside the room. mine were at the 4th level, and my room at th 2nd level.

Staff was very helpful with an early check in and organizing a taxi to the airport. I didn’t love the room lay out—the separate toilet and shower was a bit odd and had no ventilation.
