We booked a Deluxe room with the bonus of EV charging on site. Except there wasn't as they didn't have a contract with a supplier.The room was on the ground floor directly across from other rooms, approximately 4 metres away, with windows facing each other, with a walkway between so there were people walking past the room regularly. The room was also about 10 metres from the drop off point for deliveries to the hotel and the bins as well. Our first morning there was a delivery, starting at around 7. Woke to the sounds of a truck and deliveries being made. Not the only noise problem either. There was another bedroom above ours - guests walking around, toilet and shower noises - all clearly audible. Possibly because there was a poorly fitted hatch in the roof of our room, with gaps, holes and areas not painted. That was probably done to fix a previous flood from upstairs - evidenced by the obvious damage on the bathroom ceiling and the small patch of black mould still there. It may also explain why the extractor fan in our bathroom wasn't working. The mould on the ceiling partnered the mould on the bottom of the shower screen. There were a number of other small defects around the room, too many to list here. Thought to ring reception but that wasn't going to work when the phone in the room was clearly only for display - didn't even have a connector on the end of the wire so it could be plugged in. Staff were unable to help with a room change. Overall a poor, tired, hotel.

It was a clean place and unique in style. However, it was very loud at night so we did not sleep well. The breakfast also did not seem so fresh. We ended up leaving to purchase breakfast elsewhere.

Well presented hotel tucked away in a quiet street. Yes a bit of noise from airport but nothing to get excited about. Rooms are nice and clean and a good size. Plenty of parking spaces. Local bus routes in easy reach with Dyce railway station a few minutes away. Access to a nice walk around the exhibition centre.
