I enjoy staying here. I have done so a few times and I am always happy.

We actually had 2 stays at this hotel, bookending a multi-day trip. On both occasions, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lauren handled our check-in on both occasions and remembered us on our return trip. It was nice to return to a friendly face! The breakfast offerings were good. The furniture in both of our rooms looked a bit worn. The room we were given on our return stay had an odor lingering under an air freshener spray scent such as Febreeze. As we were only staying one night, we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to move again, but if this were the room we had on our first 3-night stay, we would’ve requested a different room. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to Buchanan Bus Station and Queen Street train station and was very handy for our transportation needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I enjoyed having a sitting area. The rubber ducky was a fun little perk and a unique nod to Glasgow.

Hotel was very comfortable. Beds had mattress toppers. Very cosy. Breakfast had lots of choice and fresh fruit salad was delicious.

Our stay here was top notch! We were greeted by Rohan who couldn’t be more helpful. He was so welcoming and friendly. We were given a free drinks voucher to celebrate my birthday and our room was decorated with balloons and a lovely quality banner! The room had everything we needed, nice collection of shower gel and lotions etc. the view was lovely and the bed was enormous! Joy was another member of staff who went over and above. She was so friendly and professional, so kind. The cleanliness of the hotel is spot on! So fresh too with the new renovations! I would defo recommend this place! We will be back!

Good value for money, clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a good choice on the menu in the evening as well as for the breakfast.
