"It’s a great property in a beautiful location. The absence of a common lounge means that whilst there you are confined to the bedroom. There is a dining room which functions well. Outside areas are exposed and in inclement weather cannot be used."

"We've stayed here a few times now, after luckily stumbling upon it on one of our "pack up some gear and head out for a vacation" drives. 😁 Maureen has always made us feel welcomed and it's clear that she loves what she does. From the moment you approach the B&B, you can tell that care has been taken to make it appealing and welcoming! The decor is superb, up-to-date and of excellent standard. "Conveniently located, rooms were clean and there was enough room to manuever large suitcases. Staff was efficient and helpful. The bar was a great place to unwind and sit and talk. Parking in Oban is not easy but we just parked in the train station lot and paid for parking. It was across the street from the hotel. This hotel has an elevator which was a major factor in choosing it."

"No complaints at all. I was giving an upgrade on arrival to a room with a lovely comfortable four poster bed, with an amazing view. 5/10 minute walk to the city centre. Hostess was very welcoming. Will definitely stay again."

"Can be a bit hit or miss with this place some rooms are fine others are not due to noise through the walls (loud Americans)and various fans and extractors being loud. Also the shower was very poor. All in not worth £100 for a night."
