The room was excellent. The staff was better though. There was an issue with my room upon check-in. However, upon talking with the front desk they address the issue and provide me with an upgrade for the trouble. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a Hampton. Highly recommend

Breakfast was pretty good, only used the hottubs once they were nice. Great walking distance from Disney not to far. A little loud at night with the cats and if it rains. Carpets were pretty dirty turned socks black, make sure to pack flip flops for inside the rooms!

Staff was not very friendly on the phone and at reception. They are the frontline staff and should be friendly and approachable. The bellboy service amazing. Staff in breakfast were great. Room and breakfast was good
