Strontian Hotels

"Nice hotel but pool closed with no warning, staff smiling & helpful, just not enough of them. Service with a smile but slow. Everyone gave up and simply went to bar themselves. Bar ok if you like whiskey, somewhat limited if you don't. Room clean but radiator in bathroom didn't work, overall ok but personally would challenge a 4 star hotel rating "

"The hotel is okay but clearly too expensive for the standard offered. Sadly not even breakfast included in the high rate, although hotels in the area tend to be expensive."

"The food was excellent. Staff and service gracious. Location picturesque. Our family room was spacious . Great inventory of wine and spirits. 2 GBP to Fort William (20 mins) on bus. Serenity in an absolutely gorgeous natural setting. Owners are lovely. "

"Uniquely beautiful setting on the island with wonderful, comfortable rooms, and exceptional dining. Pool area is very nice, with functioning steam room. Unfortunately the sauna was not working during our visit which was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. The suite near the spa was a very comfortable room to occupy. Dinner and breakfasts were thoroughly enjoyable and delicious. "
