We had a lovely view of the river from the spacious family room. It was the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. We also did the whiskey/brewery tour which was nice to have it so close to our stay. We hadn't been able to fit in a whiskey tour elsewhere. Many restaurants were walkable. Great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mansion House. It is within walking distance of all the sites in Elgin plus has very accessible parking. The surrounding walks and neighboring river made me feel like a character in a Jane Austin novel. Iona, Billy and all the staff made us feel like family. We even learned how to play snooker. Breakfast couldn’t have been better or more convenient. Will definitely try to return every time we go to Scotland!!!
