Carlton George Hotel

"Nice Hotel in the heart of Glasgow"
As a whole we had a wonderful stay at the Grand Central. Our room was nice although a little stuffy and the window could only be cracked. Our bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent with it's large shower head and great water pressure. Our window looked out on the train station which was fun to watch but could get a little loud at times. We eventually got use to it and it just became part of the charm of the location. We were there for 4 nights and we had drinks and ate at Tempus, I think 3 times and in the Champagne Central for drinks and lunch and it was always delightful. The wait staff in the dining rooms and the bartenders were all so friendly, welcoming and helped make our dining and cocktail time very enjoyable. Augustine and Kate in particular where lovely.
