Overall the hotel is a great stay. It is in a central location, about a 10min walk from the city centre. The staff are very helpful and the reception and lobby/communal ground floor areas have a lovely atmosphere. The room was clean and well presented with all the expected amenities. The bathroom had signs of wear and tear, but was clean, so hopefully renovations will be carries out soon. Maybe slightly overpriced, but a great place for 1-2 nights.

The room is well cleaned. The staff at the front desk is friendly and efficient. The place is convenient to all the eateries and walking distance to central.

Bathroom was very dated. Shower poor over the bath and weak spray. Spa facilities limited and sauna not working. Service in bar was poor but at Reception and breakfast good. Breakfast items low on day one but better on day two.

Wonderful location. The staff were extremely accompdating and were all so friendly. The hotel itself is all renovated which provided some very nice modern touches. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a high end hotel at an affordable price.

The room was clean and comfortable but we couldn't close the windows properly so there was a lot of noise from the nearby M8 motorway. You had to get in the bath to have a shower and the bath side was quite high - a walk in shower would be better. The breakfast was very good although the hot drinks machine was a bit fiddly.

The hotel’s location was ideal for our trip. We walked to the City Chamber, Bus Station, and to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and to Hunterian Art Gallery. The room was comfortable and quiet. We definitely would recommend it.

Great Stay

They stay was great, bar staff excellent and the room Ok because we found the mattress very firm. We stay in Marriott properties a lot but found this bed a little uncomfortable.
