Locatie was top,vriendelijk personeel ,nette kamer,goed ontbijt. Wel vies servies steeds. Echter het grootste probleem zijn de bedden. Zo hard. Je slaapt niet en vergaat van de pijn. Iedereen klaagde er over. Extra dekbed gekregen om op te liggen. 3 dubbel 2 dekbedden gestapeld en nog hard. In kleding ongelegen onder jas. Was afzien. Voor ons reden om niet weer te boeken ,ondanks dat alles positief was. Nu richting fysio.

Easy walk with luggage from Glasgow train station. Property clean and great vibe. The room was a good size for 2 friends sharing. Great to have small kitchenette with dishwasher. Main city shops literally a 5 min walk.

These Adagio Aparthotels are terrific - reasonably priced, well situated, and very convenient given kitchen access, laundry facilities, etc. They're a great deal. One niggle: in all the hotels in this chain I've stayed in, the pillows have been awful. They are too hard and thick and completely inflexible. Makes getting a good night's sleep a challenge for sure. Get some better pillows! The staff, on the other hand, have been great - very helpful and kind.

This is a great location in the heart of central Glasgow, close to public transportation for travellers without a vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and new. The bed is hard, but felt good on my back after a long day of walking over cobblestone. Our only wish for improvement -- running downstairs when you run out of TP and clean towels is a pain.

Amazing hotel - modern, bright with large rooms - we had a super comfortable king size bed. The apartment has a kitchen which we did not use but it looked well equipped for cooking, making coffee and tea etc. Bathroom was nice - large with big shower stall. Only issue we had was setting the temperature for the room - thermostat wasn’t easy to use.

Perfectly adequate for our needs. Nice having the kitchen arera and a fridge but a bit stingy only getting two coffee pods and then a voucher for another two. I know it is a budget hotel but sometimes you just need to offer tiny things to make a difference. I like that the room isn't serviced for a two night stay as it isn't needed. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day.

Overall a good place to stay in Glasgow! Within walking distance to all attractions with easy access to train and bus station. Small apartment, but well equipped. The bed is very hard and you only get 2 coffee pods per stay. Also front desk staff did not seem very friendly.

Staff was exceptional. Shout out to Rachel. She helped with dinner options and just all round. But all rhe staff were great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food was good, loved that I could make my own soft boiled eggs for breakfast. Convenient location to rail and restaurants. Would stay again.

Our stay was a mixed experience, and overall, the quality does not justify the high price tag. The first room (unacceptable): The first room we were assigned was in terrible condition. There was a persistent bad odor, a completely clogged bathroom sink, freezing temperatures, damaged furniture, and dirty seating/cushions. Cleanliness was clearly neglected, with large dust bunnies on the floor and an air conditioning vent thick with dust. Staff and reception: Front desk service was a mixed bag. The blonde receptionist was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. On the other hand, the Asian staff member was very professional, handled our complaint efficiently, and offered us another room right away. The second room & noise: Being placed in a new room on a much higher floor made a huge difference. There is a pub downstairs playing music late into the night, but high up with the windows closed, the noise was barely noticeable. Location: The location is definitely the main highlight — right next to the train station, subway, and main shopping area, which was very convenient. Overall, while the location is excellent and the room change saved our stay, the initial room quality and service inconsistency mean it simply wasn't worth the money.

Pretty disappointed by this stay. Room did not feel very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, the bed was made with a sheet that seemed too small, leaving part of the mattress exposed. We were given little vouchers for the coffee pods (which gave the two of us 4 total pods for our 3 night stay), which just made the entire experience feel like they provided the bare minimum for what was a pretty expensive price. Why even have a nice coffee machine if they don’t want to provide enough coffee? I was just really disappointed by this hotel, but I also must mention the positives, which were the friendly staff and excellent location.

We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven. The location was excellent , so close to everything.

For us it was the perfect stay. Staff was so friendly and helpfull the whole time. You can reach everything in a few minutes and the river is also just a few steps away. Can’t wait to be back next year.
