Nice hotel but could do with some improvements. Entrance area looks clean and modern. Bedroom could do with updating particularly the bathroom. Breakfast was not included and nearly £20 per adult for a standard buffet style. Options for eggs benedict etc would be a good addition. The swimming pool is also quite dated and children's swimming lessons were on at the same time in the main pool. Excellent location wise for proximity to the Ovo but feel was overpriced for what we got.

Our room was fine. Clean and comfy! Comfy bed. Bathroom could do with upgrading. Location of bedroom wasn’t good. Beside the door to the lifts which banged every time someone came through it! Could do with a soft closer on that! Kept us awake and kept waking us up! Decided to lie in after a disturbed night but unfortunately housekeeping came into our room by mistake at 8.50 so that’s as late as we got. Disappointed with our stay sadly as the location is perfect for attending a show at the Hydro. Would need to be a last resort for us to go back 😩

The location is perfect, by the river with pedestrian bridges to cross over to science museum. Great sunset view on the bridge. The hotel lobby is beautiful and spacious, nice bar area for watching sports on TV. The gym and swim pool are great. The guest rooms have nice views of the city and river. We enjoy our stay
