The best hotel we have ever stayed in! Such a unique hotel and the attention to detail was amazing. You really feel like you leave the outside world behind when you step into this hotel. We stayed with our child and dog who were realland welcomed into the hotel. Can’t wait to book our next stay. Thank you

It was ok but most shops can be found in the Arndale Centre without a 30 minute bus ride.

A cab from the hotel at a fixed £10 each way (for three) was perhaps the best way to get there, though there are plans to extend the tram service. You'll be wowed by the main entrance lobby. Great selection of shops.
