"Had a great stay at this hotel for the Manchester Marathon. It is in a good location from the start and finish lines (10 min walk). The hotel also offers a cheaper rate parking charge for 24hrs and puts on an early breakfast for Marathon Sunday. I have stayed here the last 3 years in the row now and have always had a great stay. "Wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some reviews but have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is convenient for town centre which is just a short stroll. The rooms were large and clean, yes the carpets are worn but I was more than happy with our stay and would certainly stay again. "
