"Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment"

"There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...

"Nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Enough space for one or two people and very quiet. It is in a good location for getting in to town and to Victoria station. My train was delayed and I ended up arriving 3 hours after the arranged check in time, I kept the team updated and they were very responsive on messages and arrived with in a few minutes of me arriving at the property. Will stay here again."

"Worse place I’ve stayed at no tv , not clear with the instructions, no kitchen but got shown kitchen places , receptionist was rude wasn’t helpful "

"Great base us as a small group to explore Canal Street and the City Centre. Rooms nice and place was smart. Slightly overly large kitchen and then small seating areas so we ended mostly sat around the dining table. Its a residential building and they must have had issues with noisy guests so the apartment has a decibel meter - and lots of warnings about making too much noise. We were fine and sensible if a little paranoid. But understandable with families staying nearby. It’s NOT a party /...
