The description of this hotel was impressive but unfortunately did not much when checked in. Carpet in all three rooms was stained, toilet in one of the rooms was not flashed. It very disappointing as the hotel rooms were expensive. On checking out staff never asked about our experience or any feedback on staying in this hotel. Very disappointing 😔

Really lovely hotel right in the centre of Manchester. Anything and everything worth seeing is within walking distance or at the very most a short tram/bus trip. Staff are lovely, rooms and en-suites are incredible. We opted for the upgrade and did not regret it. The waterfall shower was amazing. The only small issue I have is that the bar/bistro food menu isn't very varied and the food quality is ok but could be better. That might have just been a one off for the meal we had. But the breakfast is outstanding, softest, fluffiest pain au chocolat I've had in a long time.

The property is impeccable except the walls between the room which is literally wafer thin I think. Listening to our neighbours having conversation, music followed by many other delights at 2-3-4am so it was impossible to get a proper sleep.

I stay here regularly but have never dined here before until with visits and the food was lovely. When checking in there was an angry customer who was being incredibly rude yet the reception staff and manager showed nothing but professionalism whilst dealing with the issue.

Great to be back at this excellent value hotel. The room was very spacious with very good air-conditioning and a lovely bath with shower. Excellent housekeeping service. Best to book breakfast the day before (or on arrival) as it is then only £12 for a superb buffet. Waitresses Luiza and Flor were very helpful and assiduous as were the excellent reception staff.

Everything was amazing, except that my room was so so cold and when I asked them to check it they said everything is working it's just that it's a big room and it's at the corner. But after I left the heating on for several hours it became warm again. But the service is great and the rooms are so clean and new.

NOT 4* - better rooms at Premier Inn!!
Professes to be a 4* - it’s NOT. Better rooms at Premier Inn!! Rooms are cold as heating set low, bathrooms are shoddy 1980s small square shower cubicle with plastic tray and aluminium/glass panels. TVs are old, remotes control not the correct ones so don’t work properly and the TV sound has high base so is muffled. I tried to pay the “City Tax” with cash and they refused saying they only take card and they wouldn’t put it on my business card so I would have to waste time putting in a second claim. Many better options! On the flipside the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The architectural aspects of the hotel is grand! Something to admire. The staff, everyone was soooo lovely, welcoming, pleasant and kind. Chris was made to be in the position of his role, he is just such a lovely, lovely receptionist and helpful (we could do with him working in the NHS). The bedroom was really a home from home, it was soooo lovely, clean, pleasant and tidy. The breakfast; OMG, there was a wide selection of continental and traditional British cooked breakfast…delicious! We spent 2 nights one break with my parents for my mum’s birthday and this enhanced and exceeded our expectations. All your local amenities and bus routes are in very close proximity to the hotel. Big thank you all 😊
