Nice hotel, but be sure to find and pre-book parking nearby as the hotel doesn't have a car park. Parking in Manchesters is expensive and can easily run to close to the cost of one nights stay if you are staying for 2-3 nights! Hotel was nice, staff friendly, well located, quiet (for city centre) and was close to all the things we wanted to be near. Would stay here again.

Weekend stay

We have visited this hotel quite alot of times! I would not go anywhere else other than here, nice , clean lovely staff always wanting to help! The hotel is round the corner from print works, arndale and is reasonably priced! I will definitely be returning again.

Wonderful

Really nice hotel, obviously brand new and the room cleaniless and overall feeling of a well kept establishment is beyond par. Central in good area for bars and public transport

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. No heating in room so we were given a portable heater to heat our £200 a night room. Still waiting on our deposit for the room. I've never been charged a deposit for a hotel room before on arrival.

We arrived 4 hours before check-in time with the plan to bag-drop and return later. However we were allowed into the room very early which was a real benefit. Hotel very clean and modern. Cheap carpark next door. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again

Really enjoyed the stay overall, staff were great and friendly and rooms were very nice and spacious. Areas around bed need dusting down which is the only knock on cleanliness as noticed and touched alot of it. Could do with parking included or subsidised parking ideally as we had to arrange all that ourselves which was annoying. Recommended overall

I stayed here for my partners 30th birthday, on the first night we realised our AC was not working and therefore could not put the heat on. The room was freezing. We then contacted reception who then gave us a plug in heater, which turned itself off, and therefore we were cold during the night. The beds are also uncomfortable

Lovely stay

Room was a lovely size and fresh towels were given everyday as well as the room being cleaned. We’re also very clean upon arrival. Staff were very friendly. Only problems were the toilet space and the extractor didn’t work so bathroom got very steamed up. It said Netflix was able to for people to use their personal login, but was not possible (only minor).

Nice hotel but couple of glitches...

Great hotel BUT just 2 issues: there is a building site right nextdoor - so be aware that building works are NOISY and start early in the morning. Also - I've never stayed in such a dark room. With all the lights on and the curtains open (in the day!) I still could barely see. Needs at least one light that actually lights the room!

The hotel description clearly says parking available, this was the reason we chose this hotel, when we arrived we were told there is no parking and were directed to a multi storey car park where we paid an extra, and had walks to and from hotel in rain with bags. On top of this the bathroom flooded with shower on and the shower was freezing cold even after letting run for a long while

Hotel was modern, clean. Staff on front desk efficient but not over friendly. My main issue was the comfort and convenience level of the room - decor very dark and soft furnishings very sparse. The lighting (or lack of it) in the bedroom was area is a real problem when you are due to go out that evening and the light is so poor you can't put your make up on. Rooms were style over substance.

Were not told at check in that breakfast was £10 as we didnt book it then we decided in morning to have it and were informed at desk it was £14.99 as we didnt book at check in also a fire alarm was sounded at 4.55am and everybody had to vacate the building and we had a late night so not much sleep

Good Hotel but basics a little poor

The check-in was nice and quick, and the lady at the desk was professional and helpful. However, on arrival, the toilet seat was broken, so it was a nightmare to sit on as it angled diagonally. This was reported but never fixed. The card that lets entry into the room stopped working causing a slight inconvenience especially as the room was on the top floor and it was nighttime. Other than that a lovely stay overall, just the small inconvenience makes it annoying.

Very rude and non-cooperative

V unco-operative. I accidentally booked the wrong date. And when speaking to staff, they were extremely rude and were not able to change the booking. Absolutely disturbing/rude staff. Will never book with this hotel again

Thank you for the Stay though

The Check in services were great. Complimentary drink voucher on arrival. The restaurant didnt have many food choices but what we had was tasty. Friendly Staff. The room 121, bathroom was clean, the room cleanliness other than the Coffee area was fairly clean, the Coffee making area was dirty: The brew tray was dirty, old nespresso pods still in the machine, the Telephone in the room was broken. Our chromecast didn't link to the room wifi on either phones. Managed to eatch some tv though Bed felt springy-not great sleep for either of us. We were next to the construction site. Also we could here the people above us and around us. Really thin walls and ceiling
