Staff were friendly and helpful when checking in.. email before staying to ask if I could have a balloon delivered to the hotel could they put it in the room before our arrival which they did! Lovely stay great location.

The room set up was innovative and filled with a luxury feeling. While not being a 'traditional' hotel in image, it delivers perfectly what it aimed for. The location is located very well only being 15 mins away from any important place you might want to visit and it is in a very very nice area that's clean, quiet and well-maintained.

King bed was 2 singles together didn’t have the greatest sleep for the 3 nights I booked for £240 have stayed in cheaper hotels that don’t use two singles as a king bed probably won’t stay again due to first experiences at this hotel

This hotel has a Self service Check In so was quick and easy Rooms not as big as I hoped - quirky but the room looked unfinished. I even checked with reception and they confirmed that was the “look” they were going for. The ceiling was awful - pipes showing and just spoilt the style of the room. Kept hearing running water through the night - think it was everytime the room above went to the toilet !! No kettles in room - have to walk across corridors to get a tea or coffee Would not return - stick to a Premier Inn. Much nicer rooms.

A modern hotel with everything you need for a city break. All the amenities in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturiser, hairdryer. Comfy bed. Free coffee on each floor was a touch! So conveniently located to everything. Would stay again for sure.
