Really good value for money, 3 sharing a room meant only £32 each including breakfast. Room was adequate but a lot of condensation around the window, room mainly clean but corners missed, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was extremely fresh and tasty with lots of choice

The hotel was outstanding and the location was perfect. 5-10 minute walk to Bridgewater Hall and the Palace Theatre. Also close to Manchester Oxford Road train station. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely modern hotel. Great location. Hotel was clean and the bedrooms were exceptional. Great size rooms. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from.. fresh hot buffet and continental options. Hotel receptionists and duty manager was very accommodating and welcoming. Ncp parking two minutes walk away. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again.

Bath could do with regrouping it had some mould, and there was quite a lot of noise in the night (an alarm was going off). Room was clean and comfy and staff very nice

It was a good and affordable base for a weekend in Manchester, and the reception area was lovely. We had a triple room and it was quite dated, in particular the bathroom which had stains and marks all over the sink area and in the bath. I hope that the rooms will be updated in line with the public areas soon.
