Great communication from hotel prior to check in regarding check in and parking etc. Lovely clean , spacious room with comfortable ,huge bed and great bathroom with bath. Lovely toiletries. Well stocked mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. Great breakfast and dining room. Nice relaxing bar. Great, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in the Leonardo,Rachel on the front desk was absolutely lovely and made us so welcome, we were going to a concert to see Marrilion at the Bridgewater we had told her it was my husbands birthday treat after a particularly bad year as my husband had throat cancer and only recently recieved his all clear,our room was lovely and clean,we had a meal in the restaurant and Jacob in the bar was friendly and helpful,we will definitely stay again and will recommend it very highly to our family and friends..

Staff excellent, welcome was warm and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Only negative was the shower pressure, which was poor (a typical hotel-based issue really, but this one was very weak). Loved the one night stay and will use this facility again.
