The Hotel was modern and very clean, we found the lady at the reception desk on arrival a bit standoffish, they had a small shop on site and the prices were daylight robbery, £6 for a bar of £1.49 in my local shop chocolate, on the flip side the breakfast was very good lots of choice and the bed very comfortable

The staff were friendly and and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for sightseeing. Everywhere is immaculately clean . It's quiet during night, so you can have a good sleep. I was given options to choose which floor and the type of bathroom which was excellent That's why I always stay at Leonardos in Liverpool.
