I stayed at this hotel as I had a hospital appointment the day after and it was right next to the train station Liverpool lime Street just across the street. The hotel room was really clean and tidy. Everything you need for a single night or a longest day. The staff were fantastic very friendly and welcoming. I normally stay at another hotel in Liverpool but after staying here I can honestly say every time I come up, which is normally each month I will be staying here. I highly recommend it. It’s right next to Bars restaurant shops everything

The room was reasonable value for money. Hotel overall feels a bit dated. Sadly, sound proofing (on the room at the front facing the street) was not very good, and particularly on a weekend stay you end up hearing a lot of noise from revellers on their night out, police, taxis, etc.

The Staff were all very nice and pleasant. The room however needed attention. The main light had no lampshade. There was a very big stain on the newish carpet. Soap bottles were half empty.
