Fantastic staff. Very helpful. Good breakfast and coffee. AC was broken in the room. Otherwise a lovely quick and affordable stay for a family of 6 on the move.

So important to be clean and comfortable and this place is, albeit dated and funky. The lobby and lounge area are very dark. Not used to the air conditioning restrictions in British hotels - and all that is on the bed is a comforter - no light sheet. So I woke up in the middle of the night and it looked and felt like I had wrestled a shark - in the water. The bed was soaked.

The staff are lovely especially helpful Gaby on reception and Able on the bar. Breakfast was good, and the rooms are massive. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful hotel and easy location. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we were there- the hotel provided fans, but it was little warm still. Wonderful breakfast and bar area.

Great hotel with good location, nice buffet breakfast, very clean rooms with lovely double jet bath. Only issue was air con didnt work in the room and was told by the barman that happy hour £3.50 a pint was not on but the reception staff told it was when we checked in.

Loved the decor of the hotel and how easy everything was however what ruined it for us was the fact that our room had 3 double beds in it even though we had booked a luxury double room - 1 double bed. It was our first time in an hotel together and it was booked to celebrate my birthday. It just didn’t feel special enough with all the beds . Otherwise everything was lovely.

We were on a road trip and arrived at the hotel around midnight. We were two couples and had booked 2 rooms with double beds. We were given 2 very strange rooms with multiple beds and sofas which made us feel very uncomfortable. We did not receive the rooms from the pictures when we reserved. I would not recommend this hotel. No air conditioning and windows did not open.
