Very welcoming staff on reception and concierge. Beautiful looking building. Bedroom was amazing and huge for the price. The bars dockside seating area wasn’t very well kept. Tables and chairs were dirty. Good parking facilities! Will be even better when the surrounding redevelopment is all completed.

We absolutely loved this hotel , it wasn’t where all the shops and bars were but the hotel bar and restaurant was fab! It’s only a 5 min taxi ride away . Can’t wait to stay again 😁😁😁😁😁

Stunning bedrooms and theming for the hotel is lovely but the surrounding area is a building site/industrial area. Was woken at 7-15am to lorries reversing and building work. Shame as had booked as a spa break and rest.
