Highly recommended. Clean, safe, very friendly staff, room was equipped and very spacious. The only downside was that there was no breakfast but there are many places nearby.

Made a last minute booking on Saturday morning for small double room but the room was anything but small it was huge not what I expected. The staff on reception were great. I was concerned about the area as it was quite noisy lots of music venues about but was assured we wouldn’t hear it when in our room and how correct they were we heard nothing.Rooms clean and loved the idea of having fridge and microwave as well as usual tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would definitely stay there again as a regular visitor to Liverpool

Rooms are beautiful akthough a small double only has access fo the bed on one side in the room we stayed. I would stay again but would not recommend the small double for 2 persons

We had a great time here. The staff were so lovely and we were even given complimentary drinks. It's in a great location to walk around the city, but it's also very quiet. We'll definitely be returning.

Good hotel but doesn’t have any dining options so don’t count on breakfast. The best they can do is point you towards Uber eats. Lucky that the hotel has lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are very small and the fridge in my room didn’t work. Beds are uncomfortable. Overall the staff were friendly but the room was lacking and expensive for what it was. Also this hotel is in the patty precint so beware if you don’t fit that crowd.
