Location of this place was perfect for us. Right in the docks area, surrounded by beautiful buildings. Secure parking very impressive in such a centrally location hotel. Check in service was excellent, even given an upgrade. The spacious apartment had all that we needed for a great 2 night stay. Access to a guest laundry was also very helpful.

It was a stop on our way to London and to return our rental car for our family who loves the Beatles. Other than that, run down, dark and didn’t feel very clean. The people working there were very nice and breakfast, which is an extra charge, was good.
