It was the location of the hotel that made me book it, not too far from the IOM Steam Packet dock and close to everything one would want to do in the Pier Head area. I think it is a little bit over priced for what you actually get but it was comfortable and clean. At the time of writing ( May 2023) there is another hotel under construction immediately behind this one and the early morning noise is irritating on a weekend. If I had known about the construction when booking I would have gone elsewhere.

Bathroom floor dirty , one of the cups was not cleaned properly rooms far to small, staff on front desk very unhelpful in the evening.

First time i stayed in an Ibis and i was pleasantly surprised with the room and bathroom was very nice. My son wanted to go out and watch the footballl but when we realised it was on in the bar area we stayed and watched in in the hotel and ordered a pizza and a pint which was nice. Will definitely return to an Ibis hotel.
