Room is spacious and clean. Shower cold water not working, only too hot water was available. Shower did not have soap. Hotel provided another room to take shower, that also didn't have soap. It was hard to find parking in the due to construction.

Overall, our stay fulfilled needs and very leisurely/accommodating. Disappointed though with cold water only running in the shower. Otherwise, would’ve given 5 stars.

Booked in for 1 nights stay as attending concert at O2 Apollo which is in easy reach from hotel. Ideal location to Manchester Piccadilly train station Fairfield Road exit. Hotel undergoing renovations at the moment and scaffolding covering large outside areas. Staff on arrival were friendly and gave clear directions. Room was spacious, well presented and clean. Mini fridge,kettle,large tv and safe deposit facilities all available. Shower cubicle was spacious and bath was deep.Thick towels, face cloths, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap etc all provided. Would book again hopefully for a longer stay next time.

I recently stayed at your wonderful hotel for one night with a friend while attending a work event, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Whether for work or leisure, your property offers the perfect setting for solo travelers, families, or friends traveling together. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made our stay exceptionally relaxing. The hotel’s prime location, right across from Manchester Piccadilly, made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
