Stayed for one night after a concert at Castlefield Bowl. Nicely appointed comfortable room. The small window and scaffolding outside were a bit of a let down. Bar area is nice and comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Any issues I had were resolved swiftly by the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend checking some of the mattresses though because the room I was initially in definitely (423) needs an upgrade!

At about 2am on the night of my stay, I was awoken by the couple on the room next to me arguing loudly, the walls are thin so O could hear everything. I had to call reception to send someone up to that room and difuse the situation. Other than that, this is a nice hotel with helpful staff and fine services.
