Business traveller
This hotel is a bit "off" in many ways. The attention to detail is not there. From the empty pizza box left in my guest-ready room to the butter container in the hallway, the sofa bed left open upon my arrival, and the room keys that had to be reset 6 times in 5 days. The staff was doing their best but, there appears to be a lack of management leadership. The restaurant was the bright spot, the staff was cheerful and effective and made us feel welcome I most likely will not return on my next trip to Manchester. Definitely, not 4 stars, 3 at best.
