Clean and quiet room on a high floor, I did have to complain to my neighbouring room as they woke us twice during the night being very loud slamming doors and on the telephone. But otherwise there was quiet. The lady at the front desk was able to check us in early which was super helpful!

Lovely room, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff, close to tram to get to Co-op Live and less than 10 mins walk from Manchester Picadilly. Noisy from outside until 2am and tgen afain from 6am but city centre location so cant be avoided.

We moved to this hotel after checking out of a disgusting hotel nearby. Everyone we came into contact with was great and they gave us complimentary prosecco to make up for the bad experience we had at another hotel they're completely I associated with. When ever we visit Manchester in the future, we will only be staying at this property going forward.
