"Owner double booked us with another company so when arrived after 4 hour drive we had nowhere to stay. Luckily the Vrbo customer service team were very helpful and was able to sort us out somewhere to stay but takes nothing away from the poor management from the property owner. The property owner was also completely off the grid on the day of the booking."
