Great location for needs, lovely rooms , clean. Only thing let down a bit was staff, especially in restaurant, seemed a bit clueless. Reception better but felt like everything took ages. Not as efficient as could be.

The check in process was very smooth and the staff were polite and helpful, the room was a good size and very clean. The kitchen area was fabulus altough i was only spending one night so didnt really use it. The q park next door was very convenient and only a short walk from the Hotel.
