"Room was clean but everything was very tired looking but they are refurbishing soon. Room was very warn there are no controls to change temp. Breakfast was not the greatest but ok. "

"The staff on reception were excellent, always helpful, the breakfast was nice food, but we had to wait 45 minutes for our first drinks on both days, other tables arrived after us and got their food first. Staff seem all over the place, food cold on second day, 1st day only half order arrived and had to ask. We ate in our apartment on the third day. Didn’t want to lose our morning again. "

"Room was dirty with towel hidden in a drawer with old blood. Bed sheets dirty and stained. Bathroom was not so clean too. Window blind broken could not open. We asked clean our room, but yet they did not clean , mess from previous customers was still left behind the drawer. "

"No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy "
