Amazing place!

Stayed the night before we flew for our holiday, great service when for a drink In the evening friendly bar staff and enjoyable atmosphere, had the breakfast in the morning which was lovely and arrived quickly, we will definitely be returning!

Lovely hidden gem, really central location, good size, modern rooms with very comfy beds. The free breakfast is amazing, so many options freshly made with juices, hot drinks and cereals also available. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Manchester

Great Place To Stay

Fantastic little gem. Perfect for anyone visiting the AO Arena with it being a 10 minute walk away. Lovely staff, clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed.

Comfortable stay

Had a lovely stay at the Black Lion Hotel. The room was very smart and the bed was comfortable. It is quite central and east to get to from Victoria train station.

Well worth a stay

This is a pub/hotel just on the outskirts of the city centre, just a five minute walk to the Arndale Centre, I really do mean a 5 min walk as I have a false knee, breakfast is excellent and for £2 you can go large, there is a menu for evening which is very nice, and being a pub plenty to drink at proper prices, rooms are clean and well serviced and have all you need, I didn’t need to pack an iron, there is no air con but a big fan which was ample, shower and amenities excellent, I’d use this place again if it was just for the breakfast.

Perfect

I stayed here with my daughter as we were going to see Billie Eilish. Although the hotel is a little way out from the coop live arena, public transport links are good. On arrival we had a lovely warm greating, our room was spacious and clean with a lovely modern ensuite. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food or cereals. We did have lunch at the bar of 3 small plates between us which was quick to arrive, piping hot and delicious. I would happily stay again.

Amazing Hotel

Everyone is very lovely & welcoming. I really enjoyed this hotel especially for its location, handiness to a pub and the lovely modern rooms. 100% this has been our favourite hotel we have stayed at in Manchester and it definitely won’t be the last. Can’t wait to return

Loved our stay

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. All the staff were very friendly and professional, breakfast was very nice. Had a meal in the evening which was also very good. We will definitely be returning as it was a home from home.
